Creamy Goddess Salad Dressing

You'll find that fresh herbs are best in this dressing!  Store in airtight glass jar if possible.

Ingredients

1 cup fat free cottage cheese

½ cup unsweetened soy milk or skim milk or fat free unsw yogurt

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp dried minced onion or 2 tbsp fresh minced onion

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1tsp dried basil or 1 tbsp fresh

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried parsley or 1 tbsp fresh 

1 garlic clove

Fresh parsley (optional)

Directions

Put it all in a food processor and enjoy!
