This is truly the fastest and healthiest veggie you can cook from scratch! I cook the entire container for 2 servings, it will cook down a lot.

2 servings
5oz plastic container of spinach
A few garlic cloves (fresh or you can buy the pre chopped kind in a jar, use about 1Tsp unless you like a lot)
2Tbsp Olive oil
Put olive oil into a saute or deep frying pan. Add the garlic. Turn heat to medium which will get pretty hot (so don’t walk away). As soon as the garlic is turning light brown and popping, quickly add all the spinach. Use two spoons or a spatula to turn it over. This will get the garlic off the bottom of the pan as well as keep the leaves moving around. This will literally take about 1 minute to cook. Do not keep it cooking until it’s a pile of mush! Once the spinach hits the heat, flip it over a few times then pull it off the heat. Salt & enjoy.
